Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted if you are unsatisfied with your product.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Custom Designs

  • Products that are custom-designed or personalized are not eligible for a refund.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a custom design, a store credit will be issued once the item is returned and approved.

Non-Custom (Standard) Designs

  • Items that are standard designs available on our website are eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or store credit will be processed.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
