Custom Designs

Products that are custom-designed or personalized are not eligible for a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with a custom design, a store credit will be issued once the item is returned and approved.
Non-Custom (Standard) Designs

Items that are standard designs available on our website are eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs
